Krav Maga is very popular not just because is one of the most effective self defense system out there, but also because of the excellent physical workout it provides. Due to the wide variety of workouts, techniques and physical movements it creates a fun workout without a dull moment. 

Krav Maga takes the best techniques from the most popular Martial Arts like punches from Boxing, Knee Strikes and combos from Muai Thai, kicks form Taekwondo & Kick Boxing, take downs & grabs from Judo, ground moves and releases form Jujitsu as well as powerful self defenses created by Krav Maga  system against grabs, chokes, variety of strikes with or without weapons. 

A level system is applied in Krav Maga. Each level has a different difficulty self defense techniques. The 1st part of the class all members regardless of their level will follow the same physical workout plan, but the 2nd part of the class members are divided by levels and each level will be practicing the self defense techniques required for their level.

All classes are designed to welcome new members at all time. No previous Martial Arts experience needed.

Taekwondo Classes

Bag Fitness/Krav Maga Strength is a HIIT (High Intensity Training). It's a great class to get in shape, lose weight, increase cardio, improve flexibility, strength, coordination, release stress or just for fun.

In this class we incorporate 20 min of cross training by using medicine ball, kettle bells, dumb bells, jump ropes, elastic bands, ab rollers etc.... followed by bag workout. Work on (punches and kicks) to increase cardio, improve coordination and develop speed, power and strength.

Great for all ages. Everyone can work at their own pace. No Martial Arts experience needed. 

Many children are drawn to Taekwondo because of the action and physical skills it provides. They don't even realize the rigorous physical and mental demands presents in all martial arts. Their ability to focus mind and body to act as one will develop before they even realize it is happening.

Taekwondo can help children: Develop Confidence, Self -Esteem, Focus, Coordination, Endurance, Strength, Flexibility. Learn Discipline and Respect. Develop positive attitude "Yes! I Can"  Children are prone for daily stress, same as any adult. Daily exercise can help reduce stress, burn extra energy so they can stay more focused in school.

For Adults: Taekwondo strengthens your body and improves your health trough physical exercises and conditioning. Isometric and dynamic tension exercises will allow you to gain better muscle tone and more strength. A gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques will enhance flexibility while breathing and concentration exercise lead to sharper reflexes and senses.
