Private classes are available in Taekwondo, Krav Maga and HIIT Training. Advance registration required. Morning, noon or evening hours available. Please call to set up a class.

Taekwondo strengthens your body and improves your health trough physical exercises and conditioning. Isometric and dynamic tension exercises will allow you to gain better muscle tone and more strength. A gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques will enhance flexibility while breathing and concentration exercise lead to sharper reflexes and senses.
Krav Maga is very popular not just because is one of the most effective self defense system out there, but also because of the excellent physical workout it provides. Due to the wide variety of workouts, techniques and physical movements it creates a fun workout without a dull moment.
HIIT (High Intensity Training)- Bag Fitness. It's a great class to get in shape, lose weight, increase cardio, improve flexibility, strength, coordination, release stress or just for fun.
